When you purchase an ultrasonic cleaner from EMAG AG, you receive a 3-year guarantee * on all parts. That If your device has a defect within these 3 years *, our repair service is available 5 days a week.  

How to deal with a defect If you notice a defect in your device, please contact our customer service at info@ultraschall-welt.de. Share your product there, including your customer number or your address and your email address. If you have any questions, an employee will contact you. You will then receive a return slip from us by email. Print this out and hand it in with your package to Deutsche Post.

A repair usually takes 2-3 days (shipping not included).

Our service team is at your disposal should you have any questions Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
